Lift the gunshot residue from the suspect area using the included transparent lifter.
Place the lifter inside the included bag. Break the included ampule.
Place the ampule in the bag and close it.
After several seconds
small blue specks will appear to indicate a positive presumptive result
for nitrates in gunpowder.
